Terms of Service
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses Corvale — clinics, their staff and their patients. By using Corvale you agree to them. If you use Corvale on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
1. The service
Corvale is software that helps clinics manage bookings, patients, consultations, telehealth, prescriptions and payments. Features may differ between plans and may change over time. Where a clinic has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes priority over these terms.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us straight away if you think it has been used without permission.
- Clinics are responsible for who they invite, the roles they assign and removing access when someone leaves.
3. Clinical responsibility
Corvale is a tool for healthcare providers. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Clinics and their practitioners remain fully responsible for clinical decisions, prescribing, patient care, holding the right registrations and insurance, and meeting professional and legal obligations, including telehealth and prescribing rules.
In an emergency, patients should call 000 — Corvale is not an emergency service.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Corvale for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
- access data or accounts you are not authorised to use;
- try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security of the platform;
- upload malicious code or content you have no right to use.
We may suspend access that puts the service or others at risk.
5. Your data
Clinics own the data they and their patients put into Corvale. They give us permission to host and process it only to provide, secure and support the service. Clinics are responsible for having the right consents to collect and use their patients’ information. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. At the end of a subscription we can help a clinic export its data.
6. Fees and payment
Subscription fees are set out in your clinic’s quote or plan and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Patient payments taken through Corvale are processed by our payment provider and are subject to its terms. We may suspend accounts with overdue fees after giving notice.
7. Third-party services
Some features rely on services run by others — for example e-prescribing, payments, pharmacy fulfilment and video calls. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Corvale available and secure, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need planned maintenance, which we will try to schedule outside clinic hours. We may improve or change features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
9. Intellectual property
Corvale, its software and its content belong to us or our licensors. We give clinics and their users a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while their subscription is active. Feedback you give us may be used to improve Corvale.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or data you could have backed up), or for clinical outcomes, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Where our liability for a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.
11. Ending the service
A clinic may cancel at the end of its billing period by contacting us. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached or fees remain unpaid after notice. After cancellation, clinic data is kept for a reasonable period so it can be exported, then deleted unless we must keep it by law.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the latest version will be on this page, and we will tell clinics about significant changes before they take effect.
